We had a very successful studio recital on Wednesday, May 5th. Twenty-three students performed solos, and a few of those same students performed ensembles as well. Now that things are starting to get a little bit better with Covid, I’m happy to be able to offer ensemble experience for students who would like to be part of a duet or trio.
I even performed at the recital! This is so good for me as it helps me keep up my skills and helps me have a lot more sympathy and respect for my students who push past their fear and perform in front of an audience. I often thought to myself as I prepared for this recital that if my students could do this, I could too! They inspire me so much!
